Sunday
Sunday Funday during mother/daughters weekend included a phenomenal brunch at Eden Resort which can only be described as inducing a party in your mouth. The pianist played Billy Joel which was an immediate crowd pleaser and with every bite, I kept repeating "This is the best thing I've ever eaten." LC would probably give her blue ribbon award to the silky peanut butter pie but the creamy barley risotto topped my list as the winner. Best. Thing. Ever.
